Welcome to Dogge Café & Retail (“Dogge”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
These Terms & Conditions govern all use of our website [www.dogge.com.au], in-store purchases, online retail sales, café services, membership & loyalty programs, promotions, and gift cards. By accessing or using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of Website

– You agree to use the site lawfully and not for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
– We may update or modify the website, products, or pricing without notice.
– All content (logos, text, photos, illustrations, product descriptions) is protected by copyright and must not be reproduced without permission.

3. Retail & Online Purchases

– All prices are shown in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.
– We reserve the right to change prices, offers, or product availability at any time.
– Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
– We may cancel or refuse orders (for example, if an item is out of stock or due to pricing errors); if so, you will receive a full refund.

4. Food & Beverage Purchases (In-Store & Online)

– We prepare food in a commercial kitchen that handles common allergens (including but not limited to nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, sesame).
– While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
– Dog-friendly treats and pup cups are made for canine consumption. Although using human grade food, consider dog menu items as not suitable for humans.
– Human-grade dog treats offered for retail sale comply with NSW regulations; however, always check ingredients and consult your vet before introducing new treats to your pet.
– Consumption of food or drink purchased from Dogge is at your own risk.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL):
– You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description, or otherwise breaches consumer guarantees.
– Change-of-mind returns for food or perishable items cannot be accepted due to health and safety regulations.
– Non-perishable merchandise (e.g. apparel, accessories) may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase; shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
– Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

6. Memberships, Loyalty Programs & Promotions

– Dogge membership, loyalty points, or promotional offers are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to expiry dates as advertised.
– We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate promotions or loyalty schemes at our discretion.
– Any misuse or fraudulent activity (e.g. creating multiple accounts to gain rewards) may result in suspension or cancellation without compensation.

7. Gift Cards & Vouchers

– Gift cards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
– Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or replaced if lost or stolen.

8. Delivery & Shipping

– We deliver Australia-wide via standard courier or postal services.
– Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless required by law.
– Estimated delivery times are indicative only; we are not responsible for delays outside our control.
– Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the nominated address.

9. Limitation of Liability

– To the extent permitted by law, Dogge is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from use of our products or services, except as required by ACL.
– Customers are responsible for supervising their pets and ensuring suitability of all dog-related products.

10. Privacy

– We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available on our website).
– By using our website or services, you consent to our handling of your personal data for the purposes of order fulfilment, loyalty programs, and marketing (if you have opted in).

11. Events & Café Safety

– Dogge is a dog-friendly venue. All visiting dogs must be leashed or under effective control when required by staff and must be up-to-date with vaccinations.
– Owners are responsible for their dogs’ behaviour, any damage caused, and immediate clean-up of waste.
– Dogge reserves the right to refuse entry to any animal or customer for safety or hygiene reasons.

12. Amendments to Terms

– We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website and will apply from the date of posting.
