1. Shipping Policy

– We ship Australia-wide via standard courier or postal services.
– Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

2. Click & Collect

Click & Collect may be available at our Dogge Café location. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pick-up.

3. Returns & Exchanges

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL):
– If an item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair.
– Change-of-mind returns are accepted only for non-perishable merchandise (e.g. apparel, accessories) within 14 days of purchase if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
– Perishable items (e.g. food, dog treats) cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and safety regulations unless required by law.
